Grieving can feel lonely, but you don’t have to do it alone. Support groups can provide you companionship with others who are traveling a similar path and understand the pain of loss. They are designed to create a safe and empathetic space for you to process your loss and hear from others who want to do the same.

Six-Week Cohort
This group meets for six consecutive weeks and is limited to six individuals in order to create an intimate, supportive community. In each session, there will be a combination of learning about a specific grief-related topic and sharing of stories. This gives you a better understanding of the ways in which grief tends to work and the opportunity to process with others how it is moving in your life. Participants are asked to commit to making each of the six sessions.

Monthly Gatherings
This is an open and on-going monthly support group. Each gathering is centered on the same question, “How is grief alive in you?” No matter if it has been six weeks or six years since your loss, grief stays with you and tends to show up in unpredictable ways. Learning to live with grief means understanding that it has its own life in you. Having a space to reflect on this, to share your journey with others and hear about their journey too can be of great comfort.
